RETURN POLICY

XpressBoxes guarantees the quality of all of its products. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you recieved please follow our Return Policy Instructions outlined below.

TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY E-MAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM AND RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION. You will receive directions on how to pack and ship return items. Only authorized returns will be accepted, so please contact us before sending back items.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT

*Shipping is non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 40% restocking fee, charged at the sole descretion of XpressBoxes, Inc. to cover additional cleaning and re-storing expenses.. Items not packed with care will also incur an additional restocking fee. Please ship items in well protected boxes (bags are not accepted).

*Each item must be returned in the same condition it was sent. If the item is returned in a damaged state or if the item has been worn, you will not receive a refund. Do not send the item back if you have damaged it. Items must also be sent back in similar packaging. Please handle and pack the materials with care.

Non-pick-up of orders: If you do not pick-up your order from the post office or the specific parcel service used and the order is sent back to us, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, shipping is non-refundable.

Once we have recieved the product in tact, and within 14 days of the purchase date, we will refund the cost of the product.
